Bug Fixes: Any reproducible bug, a problem that can be reproduced with the same sequence, will be fixed and updated within 5 business days while you are under “Update/Support” contract.
Any modifications required for Federal or State government agencies will be added at NO additional cost to you.
After your first year has expired you may purchase another 12 months of “Update/Support” at approx. 20% of the purchase price per year.
While under contract, we offer unlimited training support via email, and phone.
