All software purchases come with a
full year of technical support. This includes our
telephone “Help Line” at 1-888-509-4204. Hours are
8am to 5pm Eastern,
9am to 5pm Pacific time. Fax (1-888-509-4204) and email
are also available.
Bug Fixes: Any reproducible bug,
a problem that can be reproduced with the same sequence, will be
fixed and updated within 5 business days while you are under
“Update/Support” contract.
Any modifications required for
Federal, State, or local government agencies will be added at NO
additional cost to you.
After your first year has expired
you may purchase another 12 months of “Update/Support” at
approx. 20% of the purchase price per year. For example, if your
solution package was $24,995 annual update and support would be
$4999.
