A
Simple Overview:
All BuyBackPro programs can operate 'Stand-alone' or as a
'Front-end' to a master database. They process customers
by printing tickets, checks, or both.
The program captures all data as tickets are being
printed.
It also converts tickets into inventory converting count
into pounds as needed.
The tickets and inventory data from one or more of these
programs can then be transferred into the Master
Database program. (BuyBackPro 2000 or
BBPro 7)
Data accumulates in the Master Program as a
standard Microsoft Access MDB database so you can query
for data on tickets, locations, customers, material, or
any combination of these. "Select all tickets for March
that contain aluminum", "Select all tickets for a certain
customer in 2006", etc. Use your
imagination it's all there. Query by time of day, date,
material, employee who did the transaction, everything.
Master Database also
tracks inventory through shipment to your buyers and you
can query the inventory database also. For more details

BuyBackPro 2000
and BuyBackPro 7
Developed in MS Visual Studio and compiled to
pure 32 bit Windows native code. This program has every
feature that every BuyBackPro
program has ever had and much more. The ultimate tool for
any recycle center or scrap yard. Transactions thru
shipping, Purchase Orders, bill of lading, etc.
Multi-user, Multi-Tasking, Great for an NT server setup
with multiple terminals. The main difference between the
2000 and BBPro 7 programs is
Driver's license or ID card scanning
now mandated by many local agencies. Also the
addition of several new screens
just for shipping and receiving truckloads of material and
also "Formula Pricing". BBPro 7
allows you to set auto-adjustments by dollar amount or
percentages for any customer and any material code!
10 new configuration profiles for
multi-user environments. Remember that
certification with your local division of measurement
standards is your responsibility!
For a one
location company with electricity available, I suggest
using BuyBack Pro 2000 or the all new
BuyBackPro 7 program. If you have more than one
location you can combine data to one master system for
company wide reports
There are
no MAC version of BuyBack Software at this time.
For remote
locations without electricity, I suggest "The BuyBack
Buddy" using Pocket Pro hand held Pocket PC computer.
I have hundreds of these locations running and some with a
solar charging system. Perfect for
"Convenience Zones".
If you just
want to automate your back office routines like shipping
reports and high level data mining, you can run the
BuyBackPro 2000 or BuyBackPro 7
program by it's self and batch enter your tickets or
inventory directly.
The perfect
solution is running one or more versions of
BuyBackPro to gather data and
print tickets then transferring the data daily into Master
Program for tracking, shipping, data mining, etc. We can
now transfer wireless via the Internet with the Pocket PC
as a front-end and BuyBackPro 2000 as a Back-end.
BB Scale
program is a custom configured
application. If you need to weigh and print DMV
tickets or public scale tickets you might want to check
this package out. If you need more in depth information
