CEO

Everett Duty Sr. is the founder and President of BuyBackPro Incorporated.  Everett has spent the last 17 years developing BuyBackPro Inc. into a family owned & operated business. 

Everett envisioned BBP as a virtual company that is able to move at the speed of technology without the traditional overhead of most software companies.  With a virtual company BBP is able to pass on this savings to each and every client while retaining its Christian family values.  As President, Everett is a successful hardware and software consultant for many of the largest Recycling and Scrap yard companies in the country.

Everett continues to oversee the development of all BBP software solutions while remaining dedicated to the daily improvement of all of its product lines. The software continues to improve with the addition of each and every client.  Under Everett’s leadership BBP has gained a notable position as a leader in business related software for the recycling industry.

In 2006, Everett launched a great new product line which has dramatically increased the company’s market share. Everett’s business philosophy positions BBP as not just another software development company but as a solutions oriented company that partners with Scrap Yard and Recycling companies.

Everett has been able to retain a well balanced growth approach by servicing BBP new customers while continuing to create exciting new software solutions for generations to come.

Prior to Everett’s development of BuyBackPro Inc. Everett was a software consultant for mid-to-large companies throughout Northern California.  As a creative catalyst and business developer Everett was called upon to create business solutions that would blend the newest software with latest hardware. Everett was a computer professor for a college located in Lake County. In the early 80’s Everett owned & operated a small but successful computer retail and training center. Everett successfully trained hundreds of computer programmers and avid computer users.

Joining BuyBackPro in 2006, Shon brings with him ten years of Finance & Insurance experience where he was an integral part of a major international insurance company, managing sales departments. He is very excited about the future and opportunity that BuyBackPro affords him in managing the families' Software & Hardware Sales Division Internationally.

Married to the most beautiful woman in the world with two beautiful daughters, Shon is a very happy man. Most importantly, Shon agrees with his Father; "BuyBackPro is family, business & ministry all wrapped into one."

STACY DUTY
Vice President, Western Region

Stacy Duty is BBP founder and CEO's second son and joins BBP with a special emphasis on new business development on the West coast.

Mr. Duty joined BBP in mid 2006 as the lead west coast consultant.  Mr. Duty has spent the last 15 years as a business consultant and developer on the west coast. 

Stacy performs much of his business after a round of golf and invites you to a day on the links as his guest before doing business.

Stacy is married to Jennifer and has two sons Bryon and Jacob.  Stacy leads his family with a strong Christian faith and utilizes his Christian values and ethics in his business transactions.

Whether it's golf, ministry or BBP Stacy will no doubt lead the way for BBP for many years to come.

DEREK PAULO

Derek comes to BBP with 10 years of Industrial Engineering, Project Management and Computer experience.  He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has an extensive background in facility planning, process improvement and cost reduction.

In addition to supporting BBP's West Coast Customers in all facets, he also maintains the BBP website.  He is available to help analyze your business, recommend ways to make your  operation more efficient and/or help you establish an internet presence.

BOB GARNIER

Bob Garnier comes to BBP with over 20 years of retail and computer sales and management experience. Bob's strong commitment to the customer and his strong integrity is what makes him unique and the kind of guy you want to do business with. Working with companies like Old Navy, Toys R Us and Micro Center, Bob knows how to take care of his customer base and to make sure they are satisfied.

Bob and his bride of 26 years have three children, Ana 20, Alisha 16 and Jonathan 5. Bob and Kim are very involved with their children and in their local church in Lenexa, KS. Their strong faith has been a key to their success not only in life but in connecting them to BBP.

Bob will be our international representative and with family who resides in Australia and the desire to one day live there to work with his family in ministry Bob was a natural fit for this territory.

In Bob's free time (laugh out loud!) he enjoys working in his yard, and also building and remodeling. His most recent projects was installing all new windows in his home and installing hardy board all the way around his home. Way to go Bob the Builder!
