This service allows a BBP Tech to gain direct access to a client's computer over
the internet in order to diagnose and correct technical issues. It is only
available to customers who are current on their annual 'update and support'
payment and is not for training related questions.
NOTE: BEFORE using BBP Live Assist you must do the following:
Step 1. Make sure that all workstations with BBPSQL are updated to the current version. (Click Help > Live Update). Many issues will be resolved when all stations are on the same (and most recent) version of the program.
Step 2. You must call 888.509.4204 x5 to get permission to use this service
